*We'll enjoy a great song written by a trio of folks that included Phil Spector.  It was actually written for a most popular group at the time, The Ronettes who first recorded it in 1966.  But another group latched on to it and had even greater success with it.  Name the group, one that idolized the talents of Phil Spector and extra credit for the name of the song, the most popular version recorded and released in 1969...
