* Speaking of traveling...this artist took a train ride from Casablanca in 1966 to this destination and wrote this song about the sights, sounds and vibes that he encountered along the way.  The artist left a famous band in 1968, but before he did...he offered this song to his band mates.  The tune was rejected as 'not being commercial enough' by his old band...but got recorded by his new band shortly after he joined them.  Name the artist, his old band, the new band and the song.   (A 4 parter!)

*These two artists both shared a love of country music and an admiration for one of country music's guitar masters, Chet Atkins.  In fact they first met each other appearing on a Chet Atkins TV special in 1987.  19 years later, they finally collaborated on an album.  We'll go to the 1st single released from the album.  Name the artists

*Elton John was vacationing in Africa in early 2010 and listening to music on his iPod, when he was struck by a track from an early artist that influenced him.  He'd not heard anything about or even heard his name mentioned in years.  Elton decided to go on a mission that ended up with a new collaboration album.  Name the artist with whom Elton John collaborated.  A beautiful story revealed...if you don't already know it...

*This song from The Band tells a disjointed story about a mountain man and a girl named Bessie.  We hear about a trip to the horse races, listening to Spike Jones (sound effect music comedy at it's best from back in the day) and what really made the man happiest...'when she dips her doughnut in my tea'... Name the song
